CDBG Planning Grant Application Guidelines
Guidelines are now available and listed below.
FFY 2009 Planning Grant Applications
are to be delivered OR postmarked on or before
Friday, April 17, 2009 by 5:00 P.M.
It is REQUIRED that the applicant submit:
~ SIX (6) copies of the CDBG application and attachments (1 "Original" and 5 Copies)
~ a computer diskette or CD containing an electronic version of the completed application form --
~ WORD or Excel documents must be compatible with Microsoft WORD 2003 or WORD 2007.
For ranking evaluation, we request the narrative of the application criteria to be in WORD format, not PDF. All other attachments can be submitted in PDF format.
Copies of applications, attachments, and computer disk must be submitted to:
