Housing and Neighborhood Renewal Grant Application Guidelines
FFY 2009 Housing and Neighborhood Renewal Grant Applications are due December 5, 2008.
At this time, the CDBG FFY 2009 Housing and Neighborhood Renewal Application Guidelines are not available. We will keep you informed when they are as you will need to follow the FFY 2009 Application Guidelines when submitting your application. In the meantime, please refer to the FFY 2008 Guidelines (listed below) as reference only.
Five copies of the CDBG application and attachments, plus one copy on computer diskette, are to be delivered to CDBG or postmarked on or before December 5, 2008- 5:00 P.M.
If you are submitting WORD or Excel documents, please make sure they are compatible with Office 2003 or earlier software versions.
Copies of applications for CDBG funding and all attachments must be submitted to:

The Uniform Application for Montana Housing Loan, Grant, and Tax Credit Programs, latest edition August 2006, is available on the web @ http://housing.mt.gov/Hous_Apps.asp. Printed copies are also available upon request from our program. A completed copy of the Uniform Application for housing projects must be included in each CDBG housing application.
