CDBG Housing and Neighborhood Renewal Grant Application Guidelines
Note- Applications for the regular CDBG Housing and Neighborhood Renewal grant competition should not be confused with the new Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). No date has been set for receipt of NSP applications.
The deadline for the FFY 2009 CDBG Housing and
Neighborhood Renewal Grant Applications
has been changed from December 5, 2008 to February 6, 2009 .
Five copies of the CDBG Housing application and attachments, plus one copy on computer diskette, are to be delivered to CDBG or postmarked on or before February 6, 2009 - 5:00 P.M.
A completed copy of the Uniform Application for Montana Housing Loan, Grant, and Tax Credit Programs, latest edition August 2006, must be included in each CDBG Housing application. The Uniform Application is available @ http://housing.mt.gov/Hous_Apps.asp. Printed copies are also available upon request from our program by sending an e-mail to jgilbert@mt.gov or by calling (406) 841-2791.
If you are submitting WORD or Excel documents, please make sure they are compatible with Office 2003 or earlier software versions.
Copies of Housing applications for CDBG funding and all attachments must be submitted to:
