CDBG Housing & Neighborhood Renewal Application Guidelines
Note- Applications for the regular CDBG Housing and Neighborhood Renewal grant competition should not be confused with the new Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). No date has been set for receipt of NSP applications.
New Update - Applications submittal date previously due November 10, 2011 extended to Friday, March 16, 2012 for FFY 2012 Funds
The FFY 2012 CDBG Housing and Neighborhood Renewal Application Guidelines are listed below.
The applicant must submit:
~ THREE (3) Copies of the CDBG Application and Attachments:
(1 marked "Original" and 2 Copies)
~ a completed copy of the Uniform Application for Montana Housing, Loan, Grant, and Tax Credit Programs
~ a CD containing an electronic version of the completed application and uniform application form in both PDF and WORD -- documents must be compatible with Microsoft WORD 2003 or WORD 2007.
For ranking evaluation, the narrative of the application criteria and the Uniform Application must be in WORD format, not PDF. All other attachments may be in PDF format.
